**Duties**:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain DSL, TV, Home Phone services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during the installation or repair visit
- Excellent communication skills with ability to offer different product and services to existing and new customers. It must meet sales target set up by company.
- Install or repair Phone, Internet, TV and Smart Home Security
- Perform testing and diagnosing the service up to the highest standard
- Complete inventory tracking software
- Responsible for the successful completion of a daily workload
- Constantly meeting the performance metrics
- Be able to follow the established safety rules and practice
- Able to climb the ladders and work safely on the heights when required
- Use hand tools effectively to complete tasks
**Experience**:
- telecommunication or/and sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Must have Van/Truck
- Must have Own Tools
**Job Location**
- Regina
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
