We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team and create mouthwatering Indian street food dishes that leave our customers craving for more. As a Chef for Indian Street Food, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a range of traditional and contemporary Indian street food items. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment while expressing your creativity and culinary talents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of Indian street food items, including but not limited to chaat, Sandwiches, and more.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative menu items.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in the preparation of Indian street food.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine, particularly street food.
- A deep understanding of Indian culinary traditions, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavors to create unique dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to adapt to changing menu offerings and customer preferences.
