**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret **blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications** to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry, millwork, and custom wood components with high attention to detail.
- Operate **woodworking machinery and hand tools** (table saws, edge banders, planers, routers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Select and prepare materials, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **construction or fitment issues** as needed.
- Work independently and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all **safety protocols** and company procedures.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- **3+ years of experience** in millwork or cabinet making.
- Strong ability to read and work from **drawings, sketches, and cut lists**.
- Skilled in precise measuring and cutting with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with **laminate, veneer, solid wood, and other millwork materials**.
- Ability to lift **50+ lbs** and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to **craftsmanship and quality**.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet **production deadlines**.
