**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Arranging transport of import and export FTL and LTL shipments within and between Canada and the USA
- Negotiating rates with Carriers
- Quoting Customers
- Tracking shipments
- Communicating shipment details with customers and agents
- Submitting documents to Customs Brokers
- Arranging local pickups and deliveries
- Calculating revenue and costs on shipment files

**Professional & Educational Background**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Transborder Operations
- Working knowledge of Loadlink an asset

**Skills & Ability**
- ** Communication**: Has good listening skills and communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats
- ** Organization**: Must be highly organized and detail-oriented when dealing with our fast-paced environment
- ** Multi-tasking**: Must have strong multi-tasking abilities, be proactive and adaptable based on the needs of the company and our clients
