**What to expect in the role**

REDI Enterprises Society is presently seeking a **permanent, full time**, Service Supervisor in our REDIlives division in Calgary with a starting wage of $28.50 per hour. This role facilitates the delivery of quality supports to adults with disabilities through staff supervision and guidance. In this role you will:

- Coach and guide direct service staff in the delivery of day to day supports for individuals in a service model that encourages independent living and person-centered service delivery
- Ensure appropriate training and development for direct reports
- Maintain ongoing communication with client’s families and/or guardian and trustees
- Ensure household budgets and client budgets are established, tracked, and reviewed regularly
- Ensure all required reports are completed per Agency, funder, and legislated requirements

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field
- Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Intermediate computer literacy that meets the requirements of the role
- A positive attitude and belief that persons with disabilities have the right and responsibility to define and act on their life choices and seek active participation in the community
- An understanding of the opportunities and options available to persons with disabilities, mindful of cultural and ethnic sensitivity
- Professional and tactful written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team
