PURPOSE _**_

The Training & Education Specialist is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of professional development programs that align with company direction and strategy. This role also maintains a focus on ongoing interaction with Key Experts, speakers, universities, third party partners, sales representatives and other internal stakeholders to assure successful operation and execution of programs. This role requires cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Finance among other departments as well as close collaboration with the Special Markets team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES _**_
- Ensure that all programs created for the products follow and support the company’s overall corporate strategies
- Work with industry leading speakers to arrange and execute training events
- Support, plan, and facilitate hands-on activities at events/symposiums, budget for spending, component/material needs, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets
- Manage training inventory to ensure sufficient equipment and product for hands-on trainings
- Manage registration process including Cvent page creation, registration of participants, and attendee follow up
- Manage issuance of CERP and PACE CE to clinicians
- Ensure all program and project expenses are tracked and submitted in a timely manner, provide reports for all program-related costs
- Manage on-site logistics, and staff during professional programs
- Provide logístical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management
- Process invoices for department expenses
- Develop CRM expertise to manage department workflows and reporting
- Provide support across the Training & Education department

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE _**_

**Critical Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Possess strong interpersonal, writing, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time and work load - Ability to work evenings and weekends: travel may be required (approximately 15% of time)
- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with track record of success in setting and achieving goals
- Have a thorough knowledge of clinical component product and procedures
**Critical Experience**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Management or administrative degree or in related field preferred
- 3+ years in related field or satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the aforementioned duties.
- Product knowledge is essential to efficiently assess educational content and product support accordingly.
