**Job Summary**: We're looking for a dedicated **Cleaner** to perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks in various homes and businesses throughout the Halton region. You'll start and end your day at our Acton HQ-House, where you'll clock in, pick up your cleaning kit, and head out to client locations. Cleaners typically handle 1-3 jobs per day, with all scheduling conveniently managed through our app.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services following Mop & Bubbles standards.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors effectively.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Occasionally perform **heavy lifting** (e.g., moving furniture or equipment) as needed.
- Provide excellent **customer service**, addressing client requests and concerns professionally.
- Safely use power tools and hand tools for specialized cleaning tasks when required.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid **Ontario driver's license (G2 or G level)** and access to a **reliable car** are essential.
- Must own a **smartphone** to manage work schedules via the Mop & Bubbles app.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred, but **not required — comprehensive training is provided**:

- Ability to **lift and carry 30 lbs up flights of stairs** (e.g., cleaning equipment).
- Strong **time management skills** to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent **communication skills** for interacting with clients and team members.
- **Fluent in English.**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and the ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
