**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
**Day Shift - Monday - Friday**

If you are looking for an opportunity to join the Distribution Centre of one of Canada's largest fashion retail companies and have you worked in a warehouse before, then we want to hear from you

**What you do**:
You will be part of the team responsible for providing seamless inbound and outbound services facilitating an agile fully automated distribution network. As a Lead Hand, you will support the execution of inbound, outbound and inventory operations throughout the Distribution Centre, while upholding our world-class standards of health and safety. And you will support in ensuring seamless distribution activities to provide the highest possible service to all customers.

**What you’ll do**:

- Ensures that work is readily prepared for easy transition to other shifts;
- Oversees work of employees ensuring that health and safety practices are always used;
- Coordinates the reassignment of available staff and assigns work for all of the DC;
- Responsible to compile stats, data and create reports as needed by Supervisor;
- Identifies with Supervisor opportunities for greater efficiencies and productivity;

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**:

- High School Diploma (Post-secondary education an asset);
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a Distribution Centre;
- Flexible with regards to work and tasks to be undertaken;
- Comfortable with technology and Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, RF);
- Not afraid of physical warehouse work;
