**What you’ll do**

We are currently looking for a Office and Operations Administrator to join our Operations Team. In this role you play a key role in creating a positive experience to all visitors at our office and providing operational excellence at our facility. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and will be based from our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Create a welcoming environment to all visitors at our office
- Process incoming and outgoing mail/couriers and keep internal team informed of key deadlines
- Act as a key point of contact for our facility and ensure smooth operating practices of our office staff (i.e. office supplies ordering, coordinating vendors, support meeting coordination, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to accounting team (i.e. take customer payments, process cheques, manage customer accounts etc.)
- Collaborate across departments to support key operational and administrative tasks as required

**Who you are**
- Someone who takes pride and ownership in your work, who strives to create an environment that is functional and welcoming to all. You are proactive, adaptable, and service focused. Ideally you will bring the following skills and abilities to this role:

- Successfully completed post-secondary education (i.e. diploma/degree)
- 3 years working as receptionist, administrative assistant, operations coordinator or related role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Fluent in English with proven effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and prioritization skills

- Estimated salary range: $48,000-60,000. The final salary offer will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.
