We currently have an opening for a **Project Manager, Visitor Attractions,** to join our growing team

As a Project Manager, Visitor Attractions, you will be part of a team that develops and delivers visitor attractions such as museums, zoos & aquariums, themed attractions, and immersive experiences.

This position requires you to be hands-on while reporting to the Director of Special Projects. The work is as diversified as our projects and will include budgeting, scheduling, planning, fabrication, shipping logistics, installation and overall quality control.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to, the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all phases of projects, including design development, detailing, purchasing, fabrication, and installation
- Assist in the preparation of RFP, RFI, & Proposal responses, Cost Estimates, and Change Orders
- Effectively communicate with the client, internal departments and other stakeholders to set expectations and properly understand all aspects of the project
- Manage critical paths, milestones, cost estimates, and budgets for all aspects of the project
- Review and understand all deliverables, including detailed drawings, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Communicate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source materials and determine costs
- Review and negotiate contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project budget and schedule
- Prepare and issue work orders and monitor internal production and vendor production, including quality control inspection of completed parts
- Travel and site visits as required

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma and 3-5 years relevant work experience; Degree/Diploma in any of the following: Architecture /Construction /Engineering/Industrial Design/Graphic Design/Curatorial & Museum Studies/Media
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects throughout their life cycle at a high level. This includes risk management, schedules, budgets, cost forecasting, client team, procurement, vendors, manufacturing, quality assurance, installation, site coordination and overall expectations
- Skilled in negotiations, planning, time management and multi-tasking
- Knowledge and interest in av, user experiences, millwork, interactives, graphic production, lighting, or visual arts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English - verbal and written
- Ability to work individually and as part of the team to meet deadlines and overachieve on goals
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, & Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional organizational skills

Juiceworks is headquartered on the border of Toronto and Mississauga, right by Pearson Airport. Our 80,000sqft facility includes 70,000 sqft of shared production and warehouse space and our 10,000sqft office space includes senior leadership, conference facilities, design, estimating, engineering/ detailing, project management, and field services.

We have an additional storage/support facility in Las Vegas with plans for a second storage/support facility in Orlando. We also have satellite sales locations in Philadelphia and Los Angeles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
