**Job Summary**:
As the **Manager of Festivals & Outdoor Events**, you will be responsible for the coordination, planning, organization, operation and control of outdoor corporate or social events while working in close collaboration with your Director and our Partner.

- Plan, organize, present and coordinate outdoor events in collaboration with our team and Partner
- Conduct site walk throughs with pertinent team members, third party contracts and our Partner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, contractors and Levy team members
- Adequately forecast and schedule associates to meet desired operational needs and objectives
- Recruit and onboard associates
- Conduct inspections to ensure that service delivery meets specifications, customer expectations, and quality assurance standards
- Achieve labour targets and budget targets
- Adhere to AGLC requirements
- Ensure a successful guest experience and operation for each event

- Experience in successfully running operations with outdoor festivals, preferably in a food and beverage capacity
- Demonstrate an ability to manage priorities and manage stress well
- Ability to work independently while possessing strong teamwork skills
- Have a developed business sense and a refined customer approach
- Be meticulous, organized, rigorous and pay excellent attention to detail
- Be proficient in Office suite software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Extensive experience in professional relations
- Financial management skills, including weekly reduction of inducible costs and labor costs
- Outstanding ability to communicate and build good customer relationships
