Shunt Driver/yard Hand

**Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Shunt Driver / Yard Hand** to support operations at our wood grinding and mulch production site. This role involves safely moving trailers around the yard and assisting with general labor tasks as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Move tractor trailers within the yard to support mulch grinding operations
- Drop full trailers in designated staging areas or dump loads as required
- Operate standard (manual) transmission trucks confidently
- Assist with light labor duties such as shoveling sawdust and end-of-day cleanup
- Work closely with the production team to ensure a safe and efficient yard flow
- Follow all safety protocols and on-site procedures
**Requirements**:
- Experience driving tractor trailers in a yard setting
- Comfortable operating standard/manual transmission vehicles
- Valid DZ or AZ license **not required** (yard driving only)
- Ability to perform light physical labor
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
- Team player with a positive attitude
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
