**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all payroll operations for Drive Autogroup, ensuring compliance with provincial, and federal regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll administrators, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including salary, bonuses, and commissions.
- Implement and maintain payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Serve as the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment on payroll policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices to recommend improvements and ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Accredited Payroll Professional (PCP) or similar certification.
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a group or multi-entity environment.
- Experience with Payworks
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
