Oshawa, Ontario

**Job Function**:
When you join Dulux Paints, you join Canada's leader in decorative paints. We are seeking a dynamic customer focused Assistant Store Manager to join our diverse team.

**Expectations**:

- High energy, positive attitude, and a customer focused mindset
- Providing leadership and direction of team to provide customer experience excellence in store
- Works jointly with the Sales team to generate new and maintain existing business and reach established financial goals
- Works with Sales team to develop customer tactics and strategies.
- Works within an established budget
- Coordinates the relationship between customers, upper PPG management, Credit and other PPG functions as needed
- Assists in the resolution of customer issues with Sales team and Technical Services
- Develops, leads, and motivates Team

**Requirements**:

- Must possess excellent interpersonal and sales skills as well as supervisory skills
- Working knowledge of store operations
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 5 gallon pails up to 70lbs
