**Team Lead, Transition**

**Midland Transport Limited has become a leader in the transportation industry by providing superior quality service to our customers. Our services include Truck Load, Less Than Truck Load, Courier Services, and Third-Party Logistics/ Brokerage which provide the convenience of one-stop shipping.**
- 5-8 years of sales/leading sales strategy execution, preferably in the supply chain or transportation industry
- Organized, confident and a motivation to find solutions for customers
- Holding others accountable in a positive constructive manner
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate across departments including Sales, Operations, IT, Pricing and Rates
- Agile Project Methodology knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn new digital tools
- Superior communication and able to verbalize in a succinct way
- Comfortable negotiating both internally and externally to achieve the project’s objectives

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create customer onboarding strategy based on the project plan (identifying customers to transition, building out key onboarding activities for customers)
- Align the transition timeline to the project timeline to ensure delivery of project capabilities
- Develop & Maintain onboarding materials and processes
- Facilitate learning sessions with the Midland Sales team to communicate project timeline and benefits of transitioning to the new system
- Adhere to the project timeline to ensure we are realizing organizational benefits through customer transition
