**Systems Coordinator - PIM Specialist**

**What you’ll be doing**:
We execute promotional merchandise programs (e-stores and marketing initiatives) for some of the world’s best known brands. The PIM Specialist is accountable for loading products into the Product Information Manager (PIM). The role reports to the Systems Team Manager.
- Load/key new products into PIM.
- Maintain existing items in PIM.
- Enriching & enhancing item data in PIM
- Support with other PIM-related duties as required.

**What you bring to the table**:

- You are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills and can prioritize, multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- You are collaborative in nature, able to participate positively in a team atmosphere.

- Minimum: completed high school education
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel/Word /Windows/Office)
- Experience in Print and Web Production an asset
