- Résoudre les anomalies sur les factures.
- Entrez les factures autorisées pour paiement.
- Surveillez les comptes pour assurer que les paiements sont à jour et communiquez avec les fournisseurs au besoin.
- Classement et maintenance des fichiers.
- Répondre rapidement aux demandes d’information et autres demandes de fournisseurs.

**Exigences**:

- Doit avoir 1 an d'expérience dans le domaine des comptes payables, de préférence dans l'industrie de la restauration.
- Diplôme de comptabilité d'un collège / université accrédité est préférable.
- Connaissance du logiciel Accpac est un atout.
- Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière autonome et en tant que joueur d'équipe.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Une grande attention aux détails.

**Primary Duties**:

- Print, sort and match vendor invoices against purchase orders.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Input authorized invoices for payment.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Regular filing, and file maintenance.
- Responding in a timely manner to requests for information and other supplier inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 1 year experience with Accounts Payable, preferably in the food service industry.
- Accounting diploma from an accredited college/university preferred.
- Familiarity with the Accpac Accounting software is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work both in a self-directed manner and as a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
