We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Servers to join our team at Palasad Socialbowl. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering a top-notch dining experience to our guests by providing attentive service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring that everyone has a great time. Whether it’s serving up our delicious food and drinks or adding to the fun atmosphere, you’ll be a key part of what makes Palasad Socialbowl special.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests promptly and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests
- Process payments and provide correct change
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining and bar areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Assist in setting up and cleaning tables, as well as other opening and closing duties
- Stay informed about menu offerings, daily specials, and promotions
- Uphold Palasad Socialbowl’s standards of service and hospitality

**Qualifications**:

- Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario (Smart Serve certification required)
