**Role Description**

**Vaticano is seeking passionate and experienced Servers to join our front-of-house team.** As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests, delivering attentive and personalized service from start to finish. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment, have a strong understanding of Italian cuisine, and take pride in warm, professional hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, accurately taking and confirming customer orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, making sure each order matches the guest’s preferences and includes the correct sides or accompaniments.
- Keep your section clean and tidy, clearing dishes and wiping tables during and after service.
- Stay familiar with the ingredients and descriptions of all menu items to answer questions confidently.
- Present bills accurately, process payments properly, and follow the restaurant’s procedures when handling transactions.
- Set tables neatly and remove used dishes and cutlery after each course. Help with general cleaning tasks as needed.
- Complete any assigned side duties to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required by the team or management.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 Years Experience working in a Fine Dining Italian Restaurant
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Must possess a valid SMART Serve certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
- Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail when taking and processing orders
- Experienced with operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to working as part of a positive team environment
- Able to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure
- Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
- Must successfully complete in-house training as required by the restaurant
- Food Handler Certification is considered an asset
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of safely lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Food service: 2 years (preferred)
