We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Marketing & Communications team during our most exciting time of the year - our pop-up event season You’ll work hand-in-hand with our amazing Marketing and Communications Coordinator to bring Glow Halloween and Glow Gardens to life — online, in print, and everywhere in between. Glow is a vibrant and fast-growing company with lots of moving parts. Our marketing team plays a huge role in keeping our seasonal and permanent divisions shining bright. You’ll gain real-world experience, take on meaningful responsibilities, and have tons of fun while doing it This is your chance to dive into the heart of our business and make your mark during one of our busiest and most magical seasons. **What You’ll Be Doing**: - Collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator to implement and track fun and effective marketing strategies across all platforms. - Creating and scheduling social media content for Glow The Event Store, Glow Gardens (GG), and Glow Halloween (you’re basically becoming the voice of the holidays). - Monitoring social media engagement - Helping to maintain and update our websites - Assisting in the creation of newsletters, blog entries, posters, press releases, and other fun communications. - Working alongside our team to plan and organize an epic VIP/Influencer Night — you’ll be coordinating vendors, curating swag bags, and making sure everything shines. - Supporting marketing strategy planning and content creation for all of our platforms. - Assisting with Showpass ticketing, including creating comp tickets for sponsors and staff gift cards. - Attending key events to snap awesome content and share the magic with the world. **A Few More Things You Might Do**: - Help implement and optimize paid ads and campaigns. - Keep product info updated and polished on public platforms. - Answer phones and greet guests — a friendly face (or voice) goes a long way. - Maintain great relationships with partners and vendors. - Jump in for "all hands on deck" moments when we’re preparing for something big — we love team spirit **Ready to Glow with Us?** If you're passionate about marketing, events, and storytelling — and love working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and festive environment — then we’d love to hear from you **Job Type**: Fixed term contract Contract length: 4 months Pay: From $18.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-08-25
