**FINANCE CO-ORDINATOR**

**Overview**:
Working under the supervision of Finance Manager, the Finance Coordinator will perform a variety of general financial tasks exhibiting high level of learning agility and be part of a collaborative team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process Driver paperwork for settlement (vendor payments)
- Update and audit data files for accuracy
- Maintaining and tracking spreadsheet for returned parcels/packages
- Timely resolving customer/vendor queries

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Customer Invoicing/Billing
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of Transportation in an ecommerce environment would be a plus
- Demonstrated experience with MS Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of working experience in a finance role
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Diploma Certificate, or equivalent in Business or Commerce
