We expect you to have prior experience in the plumbing and drain industry. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, colleagues, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Although experience in the below can be an asset, we will train to make sure professional quality is delivered.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Trouble shooting and diagnostic proficiency
- Manage and be the point of contact for up to 7 technicians effectively
- Conduct Performance Improvement Plans and evaluations with the technicians
- Attend to service calls as required

**Job Requirements**:

- 5 years’ experience in the plumbing and drain cleaning industry along with an accreditation in Plumbing
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership / Management / Supervisor experience (Min. 2 years)
- Valid class 5 drivers’ license

**Salary and Benefits**

**$50,000 to $80,000** depending on experience

Performance incentives as agreed upon

Benefit plan after 3 months

Work Vehicle

Reports to and responsible to the: Field Manager
