**What you will do**:

- **Ensure Compliance**: Maintain vigilance in production areas, ensuring strict adherence to safety, GMP regulations, and industry standards.
- **Lead and Guide**: Provide guidance to line staff, addressing any violations and escalating critical issues when necessary.
- **Quality Monitoring**: Conduct quality audits across multiple production lines, ensuring all activities meet regulatory requirements.
- **Drive Continuous Improvement**: Identify, document, and report deviations from SOPs, protocols, and batch records to ensure continuous improvement in production processes.
- **Collaborate and Support**: Work alongside the QA team, QC Manager, and production staff to uphold our commitment to quality and process excellence.
- **GMP Documentation**: Participate in maintaining GMP documentation, assisting with audits, and contributing to the accurate storage of production samples.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent (Engineering fields or Quality specific)
- 2 years experience in a GMP regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Food, Consumer product or Personal Care Product manufacturing setting in Technical or Production functions)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- GMP Manufacturing, Product Knowledge and GDP training an asset
- Capable of working at a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Accuracy with a high attention-to-detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
