We are seeking an experienced Earth Works Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all earthwork activities for our construction projects. In this role, you will develop and execute detailed earthwork plans, enforce compliance with specifications and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, manage resources efficiently, provide technical expertise to the team, maintain project documentation, and foster a collaborative work environment. **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in earthworks, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of earthwork techniques, equipment, materials, and industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience building electrical substations.
