Kin’s has provided fresh and healthy produce into our communities since 1987. From a single table in Granville Island
Market to the present, it is a family-run business that has evolved into one of the largest pure play produce retailers in
North America with 24 locations across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
Our dream is to propel Canadian life expectancy to the highest in the world so that those in our communities can spend more time with who and what they love most. We want to work with like-minded individuals who feel energized by this and are passionate about finding ways to bring this to life.

- Be responsible for quantitative improvements on KPI’s; having an acute awareness of and ability to delivery robust ROI on marketing dollars.
- Drive traffic and sales gains to e-commerce, business to business (B2B), business to business to customer
(B2BC), and B2C delivery opportunities.
- Be a Kin’s ambassador in the community; embracing growth at the grassroots level.
- Champion the positioning of company from produce retailer to a plant-based solutions retailer.
- Actively collaborate with Supply Chain and Operation teams to bring to life product promotions in a rapidly changing environment.

- Experience managing the successful end to end roll out of a digital transformation project.
