**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high level of service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and serving stations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and basic calculations.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
