KACL’s Community Mental Health Intensive Case Management program advocates for individual choice and encourages people to pursue their interests and engage in activities despite barriers. As a Community Support Worker, you will accept those you support for who they are and where they’re at. You will provide supports focused on building confidence and independence and the discovery of each person’s unique gifts and abilities to be used in the achievement of their identified goals and dreams.

**You Will**:

- Be part of a team of strong advocates that never gives up on the people we support.
- Promote independence to build confidence and dignity.
- Assist people in managing their illnesses, learning about their medications, eating nutritiously, and exploring available opportunities within the community.
- Participate in a dynamic schedule that meets the needs of each person.
- Provide tailored supports to individuals in their homes and in various community settings.
