A day in the life of
- Greet and assist customers to help find the best flooring suited for them.
- Inform customers of the proper use and care of flooring.
- Negotiate purchasing terms with clients.
- Generate sales leads, initiate prospect calls and establish ongoing rapport with existing customers.
- May need to measure customer spaces to determine how much product is needed.
- General warehouse assistance during quiet times (cleanup, assisting clients with purchases, unloading/loading materials, etc.)

What we need from you
- Possess basic mathematical and reading skills.
- Goal-orientated and driven to reach targets.
- Self-motivated to excel in your role and career.
- Retail sales experience (preferably flooring) is required.
- Ability to work independently.
- High energy and passion.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Required to work 40 hours per week.
- Required to work weekend, holidays, and evening hours.

What we can offer
- Starting wage of $40,000 - $60,000 and is based on qualifications and experience.

How to apply

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
