Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a permanent, full-time Maintenance Worker II position (75 hours/bi-weekly). Reporting to the Asset Manager, the Maintenance Worker II will complete building maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, heating, and carpentry, in seniors’ and community housing units located throughout Leduc County and in the City of Leduc.
**Qualifications**:
- 5th Class Power Engineering Certification (asset)
- Standard First Aid Certificate Required
- Ability to be on call as required.
- Clear drivers abstract and class 5 driver’s license.
- Detailed orientated with a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks utilizing strong time management skills while working independently.
- Experience with computers, electronic devices, and Microsoft office programs.
- Experience in a building management software program Yardi (asset)
- Experience and ability to perform minor carpentry, plumbing and heating repairs.
- A sincere desire and ability to work within the non-market housing industry to assist Leduc Regional Housing Foundation to achieve its vision.
