**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures for equipment sales financing
- Analyze complex financial statements and credit reports for individuals & businesses to make informed lending decisions
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals that balance risk and revenue objectives
- Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, identifying trends and potential risks
- Negotiate terms with customers and develop strategies for challenging credit situations
- Implement and maintain credit scoring models and risk assessment tools
- Liaise with legal and collections teams to resolve delinquent accounts
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, risk metrics, and market trends
- Stay current with industry regulations and ensure compliance in all credit activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; or relevant master's degree preferred
- At least 2+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis,
- Strong understanding of equipment financing and leasing industry
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficient in financial modelling and risk assessment techniques
- Experience with credit management and CRM systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with asset-based lending practices
