**Join Our Team as a Payroll Analyst**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing company as a Sales Operations Analyst.

**Core Functions**:

- Support data, reporting, and payroll calculations for sales agents and sales leaders.
- Investigate sales agent payment inquiries and collaborate with partner payroll primes to resolve them promptly.
- Ensure payments are reconciled between different reporting systems, ensuring 100% correlation between sales eligible for payment and ETF transfers/payment values.
- Provide support in creating and uploading ad hoc invoices to SAP/Fieldglass for bonuses and reimbursements committed to by partners.
- Analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, derive recommendations, and provide concise explanations.

**Values & Skillsets**:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role and/or related education with a proven track record of performance and increasing levels of responsibility.
- Known for your curious mind and positive approach to problem-solving, you experiment with new and innovative approaches to continuously advance key business priorities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while quickly pivoting as required to meet objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Possess a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to provide additional support to team members.
- Excellent analytical proficiency and attention to detail.

**Great-to-haves**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Statistics.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst, or similar designation.
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Data Analytics.
