We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented **Dental Administrator** to provide maternity leave coverage for 12 to 18 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the smooth flow of front office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
- Process insurance claims, pre-determinations, and patient billings
- Maintain accurate and organized digital patient records
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area
- Uphold privacy and confidentiality standards

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in a dental administration or front desk role preferred
- Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Tracker)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
