Administrative Assistant

**What You’ll Do**
- Prepare, edit and proof documents, templates and correspondence
- Organize meetings, events, travel and training arrangements
- Assist with on-boarding processes, track payroll, coordinate leave
- Prepare expense account claims, purchase orders and contracts
- Handle mail, filing and minute-taking duties
- Track expenditures, code invoices and assist with budget preparations and reports
**What You Bring**
- Minimum 1.5 years’ experience working under an Administrative Assistant title
- Completion of high school is required
- Experience with budgeting/invoicing
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Second to none customer service skills
- Team player with exceptional organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong sense of initiative
- Experience using computerized accounting system is a benefit
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
