Technical Coordinator, Mobile and Crawler Cranes

This is a on-site position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose Liebherr machinery and components including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, engines, gearbox/drive train, etc. to resolve moderate to complex problems
- Liaise closely and maintain good communication and effective relationships with our factories, suppliers, other internal departments, and our customers, in providing engineering product support for the Liebherr Mobile Crane product line
- Follow up with factories on technical issues; assist the Warranty Department to ensure maximum recovery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and feedback for every investigation undertaken, including customer reports if required
- Utilize and update related software
- Help service supervisors, when needed, to plan and coordinate jobs
- Pro-actively contributes to departmental meetings
- Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with internal departments and team members to assist in achieving the departments key performance indicators
- Other duties as assigned
**Competencies**:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a Coordinator role or equivalent
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent
- ** Excellent communication skills**:
- Ability to be coached
- Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings
- Ability to communicate detailed and complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Computer proficient - MS Office experience, service reporting/time entry and parts ordering software
- Resourceful and able to work independently and under pressure with mínimal supervision
- High school diploma (or the equivalent) is required
- Valid drivers license is required, ability to travel provincially/ occasionally within Canada as needed
