Telemarketing Supervisor

We are a rapidly expanding company specializing in the design and distribution of high-quality eyeglass frames. Due to our success and rapid growth, we are looking to establish a new telesales department to conquer the North American market (United States and Canada).

In this context, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Supervisor to join our dynamic and ambitious team.

**Responsibilities**:
**As a Telesales Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include**:

- Participating in the development and implementation of the telesales strategy for the North American market.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of telesales agents.
- Implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring rigorous monitoring of team performance.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Managing budgets and sales targets.
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize sales processes and ensure an impeccable customer experience.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the target market.
- Attending professional events and networking to promote the brand.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in telesales, with prior team management experience.
- Excellent command of English and French, both spoken and written.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team of telesales agents.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious goals.
- Possess a positive and results-oriented attitude.
