**Position Summary**
Your primary responsibility as the **Process Improvement Analyst **would be to support the Manager of Process Improvement in various initiatives and projects focused on enhancing our operational efficiency and reducing expenses in alignment with the Consumer Back Office’s strategic objectives and goals. This role has the flexibility to work from home. Must have high-speed internet.
Hours of work**:Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5pm E.S.T.**
**Responsibilities**
- Engage SME's and stakeholders to capture current state core process maps to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization through the elimination of waste
- Collaborate with SME's and stakeholder to identify and develop quick hit/complex solutions to design future state processes, including facilitating root cause problem solving sessions as required
- Development and implementation of continuous improvement tools as required to improve operational efficiency within the Back-Office
- Draft communications to inform respective teams on process improvement and change management
- Partner with other business areas and stakeholders on various projects and initiatives as required
- Facilitation of process mapping, problem-solving and other key meetings as required
- Development and presentation of comprehensive slide decks to effectively communicate process improvement efforts to various stakeholders and leadership
- Analysis of core processes, business practices, performance management and client experience to identify areas of improvement opportunities
- Gathering of relevant data and metrics to support findings and recommendations
- Leverage existing process documentation and process mapping to develop improved standard process and best practice documentation
- Collaborate with SME's to develop cross-functional training materials, resources and job aides
- Identification and development of client facing resources to improve the client experience
- Partner with Talent & Development to support the ease of process adoption through capability build and performance management strategies
- Work with Project teams to provide support, insight and/or recommend appropriate changes from a process efficiency perspective.
- Develop and maintain an effective schedule in consideration of conflicting priorities
- Other duties as may be required.
**Education**
- Relevant degree in business and/or industrial engineering
- Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification is an asset
- Project Management certification is an asset
**Qualifications/Experience**
- 1-3 years of prior process improvement experience
- Experience working in the financial or legal industry is an asset
**Knowledge, Skills and Ability**

- Strong process and flow chart mapping skills
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to collaborate with others to develop comprehensive cross-functional training materials and standard operating procedures.

- Excellent listening skills with ability to develop and leverage probing questions
- Strong relationship building skills; able to manage multiple relationships
- Detail oriented
- Must be a team player
- Highly motivated with a desire to be successful; strong desire to motivate others
- Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Visio
