**Position Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Assistant Manager - Warehouse Order Picking to support our fast-paced operations in a warehouse environment. This role is ideal for a team-oriented leader with at least one year of experience overseeing warehouse or order picking teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring product picking accuracy, team coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Juice Production Assistant Manager to execute daily production operations
- Lead and supervise a team of 5+ members
- Monitor over warehouse process ensuring picking accuracy
- Training new staff across the picking process to ensure cross-training for flexibility in scheduling and coverage.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure products, packaging, and documentation are prepared and are readily available
- Building Pallets based on Route in Drop Order
- Edit invoices based on short ships
- Monitor product picking quality and consistency
- Track labour productivity and manage shift transitions, breaks, and end-of-day wrap-ups
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Support product development by creating, testing, and documenting new recipes, including seasonal and promotional items.
- Participate in weekly management meetings to share performance insights, challenges and identify opportunities for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order picking leadership role
- Comfortable working in cold warehouse environment
- Ability to lead a team and manage workflow in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with pallet building, inventory control, and invoice editing is an asset

**Pay and Schedule**
- Shift Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 5 days per week
- Availability to work Sunday is a must
- Wage is $45,000 to $50,000, including bonus compensation
