**Performance Measurement & Business Insights Lead (Supply Chain)**

Annual salary: $ 127,900.00 - 161,800.00

architecture, incorporating new technologies, data architecture and governance to efficiently and accurately deliver data
insights that support strategic decision-making, improve performance measurement, and foster continuous improvement. If

**What you'll do**
- Reporting Strategy: Develop and maintain the overall supply chain reporting strategy and architecture leveraging new

tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, MS Fabric, SAP Data Sphere, Power BI).
- Create Partnerships: Develop relationships with key stakeholders including a core focus on working with Technology to

develop and refine a strategy for optimizing use of various reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP embedded analytics) and
data extraction and management tools (SAP Business Warehouse, MS Fabric, SAP Data Sphere).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead consultations with stakeholders and clients, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and

facilitate data sharing to enhance evidence use across systems.
- Develop & Manage Reporting & Analytics Assets: Define, design, implement, sustain, and continuously improve visually

appealing, user-friendly dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Data Analysis: Plan and conduct data analysis, including gathering and extracting data, setting report standards, creating

visual data representations, and documenting methods used.
- User Experience Optimization: Define and establish guidelines to ensure consistent user experience across reporting

tools.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of reporting professionals, providing guidance, training, and feedback on their

performance.
- Technical Coaching and Support: Provide support, training and best practice guidance on visualization Tools and

Techniques, ETL Processes, data management, data quality and governance, and advanced analytics.
- Performance Measurement: Oversee the creation and use of tools to measure supply chain performance, including setting

up and sharing reports and working with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuous Improvement: Establish a program ensure continuous improvement inspired by industry best practices and

emerging technologies in data analytics and reporting including advanced analytics.
- Quality Control: Ensure all reports produced by the team are accurate and meet quality standards, including external and

regulatory reports (e.g., FOI, CFTA).
- Problem Solving: Analyze requests, resolve problems, and ensure reporting solutions meet requirements.
- Support Priorities: Assist with other departmental priorities as needed.

**What you bring**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years progressive professional experience creating and managing Business Intelligence (BI)

reports (PowerBI, Qlik Sense, SAP Analytics Cloud or equivalent).
- Team Management: Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing a high-performing team of BI developers, providing

quality assurance, and strategic and technical guidance.
- Quality Assurance: Minimum of 5 years of experience in reviewing and validating reports for accuracy, quality, and

completeness with meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical expertise: direct experience leveraging programming languages (Python, R, Dax, etc.) for advanced analysis

and statistical modeling.
- Critical Thinking & Problem solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven

decisions.
- Methodology: Experience in developing and implementing structured methodologies for data
