**In this role**

As a Delivery Field Technician, the employee will install, test and repair NSM’s medical equipment, provide instructions to clients on how to properly use their products, further assist customers if they are facing any difficulties when operating their devices either by phone or on site. Typically, you will:

- Proactively engage with NSM clients and suppliers to deliver an outstanding service experience.
- Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs.
- Institute maintenance, service, setup and repair of customer owned equipment both within the Branch and at the customer's home & facilities.
- Previous experience in using power and hand tools.
- At least 2 years of experience in CRT (complex rehab technology), accessibility and mobility equipment.
- Lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces and bend frequently.
- Diagnose and solve problems based on customers’ non-technical descriptions.

Given the nature of this role, this compliance may require applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to provide satisfactory proof of vaccination._
