**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist attorneys with legal research and drafting of documents
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance
- Manage case files using iManage and maintain organized filing systems
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information
- Perform data entry tasks to update case management systems
- Utilize LexisNexis for legal research and information retrieval
- Handle clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and managing phone communications with professionalism
- Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and coordinating with team members

**Experience**
- Proven administrative experience in a legal setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent writing skills for drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Familiarity with legal drafting processes and terminology
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Proficient in using office software and tools related to project management
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and client interaction best practices
- Previous experience in conducting interviews is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
