**Title: Quality Coordinator**

**Reports to**: Quality Manager

**Job Summary**

Quality planning, internal auditing, support manufacturing operations and be part of a team responsible for ensuring Davis products meet drawing specifications and customer requirements.

**Essential Functions**

  • Internal audits
  • Supplier source inspections
  • Facilitating customer source inspections
  • Inspection planning and entry within ERP software. (Infor Visual Manufacturing)
  • AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI), planning, review, and approval
  • Review and approval of supplier inspection plans
  • Compile build records and traceability documentation

**Job Qualifications**

  • 5-10 years Quality Assurance experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector
  • AS9100 Internal Auditor certification. (Preference for Lead Auditor certification)
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Experience with Quality standards including latest revision of ISO9001 and AS9100.
  • Proficiency with Engineering drawings.
  • Good working knowledge of fabrication processes and controls.
  • Familiarity with special processes (ex. plating, painting, heat treating).
  • Experience with metalworking/machining production environment.
  • Experience with non-conformance management and implementing Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to obtain Controlled Goods clearance.

Able to obtain Reliability Status clearance.
