Urban Barn is looking for a **Full-Time Visual Operations Associate **at our **Saskatoon** location.

Our Visual Operations Associates contribute to visual presentation and customer experience through your support in the stores' general organization and cohesiveness. You will be responsible for managing and controlling the reception of stock and maintaining the backroom stock organization.

**What You Will Do**
- Support Visual presentations during visual changes and maintain the sales floor visuals
- Replenish the sales floor
- Manage and receive stock
- Manage backroom organization to ensure it is laid out efficiently
- Support Customer Service and Experience

**What You Bring**
- Availability to work Tuesday and Thursday mornings
- Open availability for 30-40 hours per week with flexible availability on weekends
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Manual dexterity to perform tasks such as: working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, bending
- 1 year of sales/retail experience considered an asset
- Ability to move up to 50lbs frequently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14.00-$15.00 per hour
