As a Residential Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Residential Property Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leasing**
- Create and post rental ads for the approval of the Property Manager
- Organize open houses with support from the Property Manager
- Conduct property tours for future residents and visitors
- Prepare letters of intent for new tenancies and collect security deposits
- Input lease administration data into Yardi
- Draft tenancy agreements for new and renewing tenants
- Collect signed tenancy agreements for Landlord sign off, pre-authorized debit forms, tenant insurance, void cheques and confirmation of utility hookups
- Create tenant info sheet for submission to accounting
- Upload all tenant documents into Yardi

**Property Administration**
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager
- Coordinate the scheduling of tenant move ins and move outs
- Assist with tenant relations addressing tenant concerns in the absence of the Property Manager
- Assist the Property Manager in scheduling maintenance/repair works between vendor and tenant and ensuring details are logged into Yardi
- Follow up on work orders ensuring timely completion
- Prepare tenant notices for various maintenance-related projects
- Assist the Property Manager in reviewing/analyzing and collecting tenant chargebacks

**Marketing**
- Maintain working knowledge of the property market
- Conduct market survey of competing businesses around the area

**Other Tasks**
- May be requested to conduct site visits as and when the need arises
- May be requested to give unit access to trades during repair works in the absence of the Property Manager
- When there’s an overflow of incidents, may be requested to respond to after-hours emergency situations on site

**Experience**:

- Min 2 years administrative experience
- Experience with Yardi is an asset.
- Experience with Residential Tenancy Act also an asset.

**Salary: Negotiable**

Monday - Friday, Full-time

Eligible for benefits after 3-month probation period completed.
