**What Does an Accounting Clerk Do?**:
The Accounting Clerk located at the Brennan office will ensure that purchase orders and vendor invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
**As an Accounting Clerk, You Will**:
- Enter Purchase Order receipts and create AP vouchers in JD Edwards
- Upload PO receipts and AP invoices onto OnBase
- Co-ordinate with Non-PO invoice coding
- Monitor the status of pending invoices
- Assist with month end closing
- Assist with office administration
- Other duties as assigned
**What You'll Bring**:
- A Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and accounting experience
- 2+ years’ relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Effective organization skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities
- Keen attention to details and focused on accuracy of invoices
- Problem solving skills to identify issues and generate optimal solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
