The position of **Junior Affiliate Manager** at Kodify is a sales team role with a focus on growing and managing our affiliate and web traffic portfolio.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Onboarding new accounts and verifying their registration documents
- Coordinating with the marketing and content teams to create assets that drive traffic
- Facilitating the flow of web traffic by delivering banners, videos and any other promotional content an affiliate might need
- Building relationships and strong connections in the industry
- Practicing sound data entry and record keeping
- Understanding and communicating how Kodify’s products are positioned in the marketplace

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A clear and personable communicator with very strong negotiation skills.
- Result driven with ability to meet performance targets.
- Good at handling unexpected situations and/or requests.
- Ability to develop and nurture long lasting partner relationships.
- Exceptional team player with a performance driven attitude
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Some experience with CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce, Pipedrive, ect).
- CEGEP Degree needed. A Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
- Available to travel occasionally outside of Canada. (USA and EU)
