Overview:
**EXPLEO CANADA** is looking for an **Account Manager, North America** to join a dynamic and expanding team in **St-Laurent, QC**.

Reporting to the CEO of Expleo North America, the Account Manager,
**North America **is responsible for the results with regards to the budget and operational strategy of his/her Global Account across North America, which contains one major client and might contain as well national and/or local client(s).

To be successful as a
**North America Account Manager**, you should possess excellent organizational & communication skills. You will conduct quality assurance surveys regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages the Global Account Team: National Account Manager(s), HR Administrative Assistant(s) and Talent Acquisition Specialist(s)
- Contributes to the consolidation and maintenance of business relationships with his/her client(s) by participating to calls, (weekly and monthly) meetings and face to face engagement.
- Manages his/her client(s) satisfaction strategy and non-conformities with the support of the Quality Manager.
- Approves and signs your direct employees’ timesheets, mission orders, expense reports and requests trainings when required
- Develop client relationship and manage growth with clients onsite
- Ensure proper flow up and flow down Expleo communication
- Participates in your DMM daily (SQCDP) & participates to other necessary punctual meetings (Sales Kick-offs, Program Reviews and the monthly CODIR)
- Exert your leadership while respecting the vision and values of Expleo
- Coach your team in order to develop their talent in the organization
- Reviews technical and commercial proposals and long-term agreements
- Establishes the weekly plan in terms of client needs prioritization and assignments
- Manages projects risks & opportunities, profitability analysis
- Follow up the budget and analyses the real VS forecast (Topline and Gross margin), define the strategy to recover the budget if needed
- Analyze the headcount/FTE/monthly billable hours
- Follows up clients monthly invoicing, WIP and Pos, approves purchase requests, orders, invoices
- Oversees, manage and update project management and quality tools such as: ICMS, PDC Web, follow up file, WIP file
- Any other spontaneous responsibilities or tasks may be called upon

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Bilingual: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
- Experience in either aerospace, transportation or automotive industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with leadership skill
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
