**What You’ll Do**
As a Plumbing Foreman, you’ll be the driving force behind project success and team performance. Your day-to-day includes:

- **Project Leadership**: Oversee and coordinate every phase of plumbing projects—safely, on time, and on budget.
- **Team Supervision**: Mentor journeyman and apprentice plumbers, helping them sharpen their skills and stay efficient.
- **System Design & Installation**: Interpret blueprints, plan layouts, and lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards and ensure all work meets code regulations and expectations.
- **Problem Solving**: Diagnose complex plumbing issues, devising creative solutions for technical challenges.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other trades to keep projects running smoothly.
- **Safety Oversight**: Enforce safety protocols and foster a culture of accountability and care.

**What They’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: A proven track record as a journeyman plumber; foreman or leadership experience is a bonus.
- **Knowledge**: A solid grasp of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- **Leadership Ability**: You know how to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and maintain a collaborative environment.
- **Strong Work Ethic**: Dedicated to quality, problem-solving, and hitting deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.83-$58.54 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
