Premium Health and Safety is looking to build a team of outbound appointment setters in our growing Stoney Creek location.

Premium Health and Safety is a part of a global organization specializing in fire safety technology. Our First mission is to share detailed information with customers to reduce the risk of having fire, CO or water problems in their homes. We also help with exit strategies and establish a meeting spot. Lastly, we educate on the different products that can be used in the event of a home fire. As a professional appointment setter you will contact potential customers and arrange complimentary home safety assessments.

Your duties include:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have responded to advertising
- Maintain detailed notes of calls and update customer contact information in a proprietary customer database
- Complete call backs as required
- Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
- Set and achieve weekly and monthly goals independently and as a team
- An outstanding personality and positive attitude
- Ability to build relationships and work well with all levels in the company
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while adapting in a fast-paced work environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year call center environment
- 2+ years’ experience working directly with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Quick learner
- Strong scheduling and appointment setting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

$18/hour to start plus weekly performance incentives. Pay review in first 30 days.
