**INSIDE SALES AND RETENTION MANAGER**

On-site - Full Time Position

Want to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of one of Canada’s most trusted brands? CAA Saskatchewan is looking for an Inside Sales and Retention Manager to lead and develop our insurance team.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of insurance professionals, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and client satisfaction, this is the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management of the insurance team. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage daily operations for inside sales, insurance administration, and retention departments, including claims processing, policy issuance, and customer service.
- Ensure all activities align with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Build strong client relationships, address complex inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle staffing needs, conduct annual performance reviews, and manage scheduling and licensing processes for the team.
- Identify and implement training opportunities to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Supervise ADP time management and monitor P-Card transactions within Centresuite to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- CAIB II - working towards CAIB designation, or CIP preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with licensing software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to handle client inquiries and complaints in a courteous and effective manner.

Salary starting: $70,762.90- $85,635.55 _(negotiable)_

Pay: $70,762.90-$85,635.55 per year
