Pomeroy IT Solutions has an immediate need for a Full-Time Print Operator.

Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm. (40 hours per week)

This position offers Medical, Dental, Vision and a generous Paid Time Off.

**Core Function**:
The primary function of this role is to perform Print Operator duties in a Data Center Environment per documented processes and procedures. This includes a working knowledge of customer hardware and ability to interact, troubleshoot issues and work independently.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform print operator commands and report any issues to Shift Lead/Supervisor.
- Minor to moderate problem determination.
- Provide assistance to all personnel to ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Provide constructive input for shift turnover to lead personnel and replacement teammates.
- Perform minor to moderate system commands including varying on/off hardware and restarting jobs.
- Thread, change and splice paper both Box and Roll feed through printer and roll feed and cutter.
- Clear paper jams.
- Printer maintenance (cleaning, change toner, developer, fuser oil, vacuum printers, change blade on cutters etc.).
- Prepare and pack output for deliveries as needed.
- Recognize and handle printer interventions/error codes/hardware malfunctions and be able to resolve most problems under direction/supervision of lead personnel.
- Remain current with all procedures and provide input as appropriate.
- Escalate to the assigned client representative and Pomeroy Manager any documentation, process or procedure discrepancies and follow-up until resolved.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Print Operator practices
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior experience working in a Data Center environment

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
